San Diego Trip

This August we took a trip to San Diego for Surf Cup. Tyler's team played really well, making it all the way to the semi finals. This was a college showcase and lots of college coaches were there watching. After we were eliminated in the semis, we hit the beach. This is my favorite beach photo of Tyler and some of his team. They are a bunch of goofballs! Tyler is the farthest on the right.

Hawaii Soccer Trip

This June we had the awesome opportunity to go to Hawaii! Tyler's team had won state cup the previous fall and earned a bid to play in the Far West Regionals in Honolulu. We took a few extra days before the tournament and went to the Kona Coast on Hawaii (the big island), then we took a few days after the tournament to stay on the North Shore at Turtle Bay resort. It was amazing. I know I could live there. It was so beautiful and so relaxing. Mia stayed with Grandma and Grandpa and got to go to the cabin and play with Jazz and Callie. The big picture is us after a day on the beach at Ko'olina and the small one is after we hiked Diamond Head.
